Tiger Woods

Fan reaction: I think that what Tiger Woods did was wrong but it was expected. He is a millionaire and all the girls would want him but that doesnt mean that he has to right to cheat on his wife. He hurt his kids and his wife, but its over now so the topic should just be dropped. It is good that he apologized for his actions and needs to take time off and be by himself for awhile

Reporter: As a reporter i believe that he did the right thing by coming to a small group of people and apologizing. It took courage to do that and he did so its all good now. He should be opening up to the public, but maybe sometime in the near future he will open up to the public.

Future of newspaper response

I think that it is bad that newspaper industries are declining. Newspapers give many different views for people, and let them choose what they want to read, not just focusing on one story like the news or internet. I predict within the next 15 years there will be no more newspapers, everything will be electronic.

News Criteria activity

2. Man blows a 4.0 blood alcohol level, and daughter blows a 1.5, while driving- unusualness, timeliness, human interest.

4. Family members turn in members of their own family for stealing purses- unusualness, timeliness, proximity, human interest.
5. University of Minnesota basketball player Royce White quits the team- prominence, human interest.
